Options exist for 3 to 4 unit properties although pricing tends to be slightly higher and guidelines are more stringent.
- Minimum 680 credit score.
- 80/20 option can be used to avoid PMI (private mortgage insurance). This requires both first and second mortgage programs (aka piggyback loans).
